Hello i am new, and my name is Sandy, and i am a bagaholic. I am sure i am in the wrong area, but i am wondering how to contact my poupette. I paid for a 3-day lv service for my daughter sent all the pix and over 15 emails with no response. (that was 10/24/2009) Can someone direct me. Thanks for your help and patience.

Welcome, Sandy!

Unfortunately, there are many members here who really don't like MP. Do a search for them on here and you'll get lots of info.

I'm not sure of a way to contact them other than via the website. In the future, there are other authentication services you can use that are MUCH better.....caroldiva, authentic-luxury, amour authentic, just to name a few.

Also, you can have your daughter post her pics here in the "authenticate this LV" thread if she's looking for confirmation as to the bags authenticity. If she's looking for a written letter (for Paypal), you have to go through one of the names I gave you above.

Hello thanks so very much for all your help, we will do the caroldiva thing as we will need for paypal. The seller informed me she will not take the bag back. She did advertise it as 100% authentic Louis Vuitton, but said no refunds. Am i wasting my time. I have never purchased a lv bag before and hope i did not make a big $$$ mistake.. thanks again

You can also ask for help in the Ebay forum, there are lots of knowledgable ladies there who would be glad to help you and give you the proper advice. Definitely contact Carol and go from there. Don't give up!!
