Default MY BAG CARES - A Fashionably Eco-Friendly Tote!

I apologize if this is a repeat thread/topic, but can't find one w/o the Search!

I came across a pic of Kelly Ripa carrying a cute Eco-Friendly tote bag. It looks a lot like the I'M NOT A PLASTIC BAG that Anya Hindmarch produced last year in small amounts -- I searched for some info on the internet and found the website dedicated to the sale of these bags

http://www.mybagcares.com/

The best part of this tote (besides it looking great!) is that it only costs $20!! In addition, for every bag purchased, they plant a new tree!!! How can you go wrong!!! I've been looking for a cute Eco-Friendly tote for a while -- I have several of those inexpensive ones our grocery store sells, but they're not "fashionable" enough to use every day. This bag looks great, can hold a lot and does GOOD THINGS for the environment!!

Check out the website and pick one (or 2!) up!

I think Gracen makes some very attractive grocery bags.

Ikea's bags look to be about as big as the Gracen, but under $2. If something spills or is wet, I don't have to worry about it ruining a nice bag.I swear I get a new re-usable bag every time I go.

What a great idea! I love that the bags are inexpensive...unlike those Anya Hindmarch bags.

Oh, I love this bag AND the idea that a tree is planted with each purchase.
I am going to buy one right now!
Thanks for the heads-up! It looks huge; like it would carry tons of stuff!

I ordered one myself, which I'll probably wind up using for work. Once I get it and see how big/strong it is, I'll probably order another 1 or 2 to use for gorceries and other shopping trips -- I really LOVE the idea behind the bag (and the fact that they plant a tree when I make my purchase!) -- the other tote I've contemplated getting is the FEED bag from Lauren Bush (http://www.amazon.com/World-Food-Pro...3668338&sr=8-1), but at $60 each I've been a little hesitant -- I know that each purchase feeds a child for an entire year, so maybe I'll get one of those soon.

Cute bag, I saw similar yesterday and my kids said that is like your " i'm not a plastic bag" same design and every thing just a different saying.

I have bought 3 shopping bags for when get groceries and carry things for the kids inside of the plastic bags.

they were cheap, something like 5$ to buy from the supplier. It was eBay that drove the price up. If this bag was smaller the same thing would happen.

just think of how many groceries you can fit in there -- and how many plastic bags you can avoid bringing home!

The bag is not that big. Kelly Ripa is tiny.
