I just have to tell you guys how great this online vendor is! I ordered a Rebecca Minkoff MA last night, it was on sale and I used a code for an extra 20% off.

Today I received an email from one of the CS reps that they wanted me to know bag I had ordered had a few minor scratches on it, due to lack of storage and that it was brand new and wasn't used. The CS rep went on to say that I should contact them if I was unhappy with the bag when it arrived and I could return it or ask CS for additional assistance, since this was the last one in the color they had.

I've never had any vendor email me and let me know up-front that there could be an issue with the bag, and I truly appreciate this!

I just wanted to tell all of you that this little bit of extra CS has hooked me fully and Luna will always be my first choice now when I'm searching for a bag.

I am willing to pay a little more for consistenly good customer service like Luna Boston's - love that their website is accurate re: availability of stock, love that they provide free shipping (both ways!), and love that they redund your credit card the same day.

I also love LB's customer service. They've always been very prompt in responding to questions and they actually READ my messages before answering. Sadly I can't say the same for all vendors.

I just had the same experience! I ordered a Tano Miss Print last week. I was out of town on Friday, but had a message on my answering machine letting me know that there was some irregularity in the dye. The message was followed up by an e-mail on Sunday. They will send me the bag so that I can see the "damage." I can keep the bag, and they will adjust the price, or I can return the bag. The bag was marked down to $125, I used the grechen code, and got free shipping. They are still willing to mark down the price further if I decide to keep it. I was so impressed they told me up frotn of the issue.

Grace...I hope you bag has very minimal scratches. It's a good price and you can always snag a new one on sale sometimes if you find you gotta have another.

Luna Boston has always been so nice to deal with. Their bags arrive at my door sooooo fast and I have to admit, I am using one of their little soaps now on my sink and that was a nice little present. I am so happy that they contacted you. All places should do this for bags that have been returned and slightly comprimised or is scratched by accident.
