I had a Congo African Grey and a Blue & Gold Macaw for years, as well as parakeets and lovebirds when I was a kid, so I too am a birdlover!! Nonetheless, I totally dig my African Ostrich boots (I have four pairs) ~ they so ROCK!!!
I have a congo gray too as well as a Cockatoo and 2 cockatiels. I've had others in the past as well. I loveee birds!!! I still wouldn't mind a stunning clutch in ostrich though...

I remember when eelskin wallets from Korea were all the rage in the 80s. I don't know if I care to relive that trend again. LOL

Far out paintednightsky!!! I miss my African Grey although she requires a level of warmth our old house simply cannot provide in the winter ~ even with the heat roaring (it can be a bit drafty at times), so I gave her to a good friend when I left Southern California to relocate to the east coast. This bird will surely outlive her, so she better have some plans in place!!! Your birds sound lovely!!!

I would love one; however, I would want it in a bag.

My handbag has a first name. . . it's I-G-N-E-S

baghag411 ~

Oscar Meyer wieners can't hold a candle to Ignes, AND, of course, they all look the same...no variety in skins.

Back before I got divorced, I had a Cherry Headed Conure. Rude little guy with attachment issues, but I love him.

Yes, animals with Ignes...I can do that. Well, when I get an Ignes...lol.

Yes, I had been thinking that we should have a thread with pictures of all our pets! My cats enjoy clawing my bags (PVC, I don't let them near leather!), but perhaps they would pose without too much destruction.
