How to clean an Italian leather Moni Moni Splendor purse??
I bought a Moni Moni splendor and adore it...style, color, leather...it said New without tags, BUT when I received it, it's been used - some decent penmarks, watermarks (not too bad) and handle soiling
 Would applegard work to clean this off, or should I send it to a leather care place for a cleaning? Anyone know of a place? I could bring it locally but am not sure they'll clean it properly.... Thanks so much for any tips/thoughts! |

Lovin My Bags should be able to make it look brand new...it will probably cost a bit though.

I know that this isn't a direct answer to your question, but is that bag very difficult to find or did you get an amazing deal on it? If not, I'd file a SNAD claim and return it to the seller for sure. You probably already know about that, but I know not everyone does. Good luck either way! The bag is adorable.

I second filing a SNAD and/or returning it. You'll be looking at a lot to get it as close to perfectly clean as you can, which makes a good deal nowhere near as good, y'know?

Do you have close-up photos of the pen and water marks (maybe it's not a water mark) and the soiling you could post? I don't any marks in the photo you posted.
