Who is the designer and why are the bags similar to Louis Vuitton?

These look like department store knock-offs to me... you know, "Rosetti" or one of those horrifying brands that knock off whatever is on trend at the moment. Where did the pics come from?

ugh i hate knock off brands like this. i actually saw a lady carrying one of these when i was at my moms office one day and i remember thinking wow if that is an lv knock off its a really bad one lol!
