Default "High fashion handbags" ?

I found this bag on HSN and really like it but have never heard of "high fashion handbags" .. To me the name sounds like something that would be on a replica bag --
Anyone own any? like them? hate them? other thoughts?

Appreciate it

PS if you know of any other bags that look like that bag, feel free to post.. I'm looking for a soft, black, leather bag. Thx!

That's a copy of Kooba - Devin and Elisha I believe, although I could be wrong about the style names. Def Kooba though!

I personally would never shell out $200 for any brand from HSN but that's just a personal preference. I've never heard of this brand either.

Hmm... I don't really like the idea of carrying a "copy" of another bag.

Can anyone recommend a big, black soft leather bag w/silver hardware? I supposed I should go look at the Kooba's -- but I wanted to get something for around the $200 price range. I've spent way too much $$ on bags lately and I just need something more affordable.
Label/brand is not important.. thx!

What a terrible name for a bag brand! Quite nice bags though.

Marc by Marc Jacobs has some really nice and affordable bags. You can find a few on NAP sometimes...
Good luck!

I've seen that "High Fashion Handbags" line on HSN......it seems to be their designer inspired products. I saw one on there was definitely trying to be the Gucci Indy bag a few months back, and that one you sent the link to is very close to a Kooba Devin (I have the Elisha, which is similar with a shorter handle). So while these may be leather, etc, they look like 'inspired' bags to me.

Here's the High Fashioned Handbag version of the Gucci:

Have you tried Maxx New York or New York Maxx, forgot, but something really close to that. The handbags are sturdy, have a style, and are in your price range.
