Default Help with Mypoupette.com

I wanted a bag authenticated through Mypoupette.com, I followed their instructions, paid the $20, and have HEARD NOTHING. It was been over a week now. I emailed them again, but only get automated responses- and I have tried several of their emails. Anyone else have this problem with them? Just a courtesy email would be nice. I am going to file a chargeback if I do not hear anything. Any advice or feedback from anyone having dealt with them before?

Do a search - there is at least one other thread loaded with complaints against mypoupette. I would go ahead and file the chargeback if I were you. A recommended authenticator for LV seems to be caroldiva (i think that is the name). look under the LV forum as well. good luck!

If you go on the eBay forum you will also see a few threads about this. You are certainly not alone, seems things have gone a little pear shaped over there. Other tPFers are recommending Caroldiva instead

I just had caroldiva authenticate a bag for me - she was wonderful! I didn't even try mypoupette after hearing about the poor customer service...

You should call them! Last year, MyPoupette eventually did come around and helped me win my PP NAP claim. So just stay on top of them and they'll come around.

MyPoupette summarized in a word: worthless. I paid to have a Chanel authenticated and they didn't get back to me for something like two weeks and only after I threatened to file a PayPal claim. Even then they blamed their computers for "going down" and hemmed and hawed about the authenticity of the bag, eventually saying "Chanel bags are hard to authenticate. Can you send it in?" Send them my bag and another $60? No way in hell!

Sorry to hear about that, ValleyO. Yes, I also had to wait a few weeks, too. And MyPoupette did mention they were having a problem with their computers. But if they've already been paid,I advise you to just keep calling. Also, if you have a NAD claim and PayPal ends up closing your claim due to lack of documentation/evidence, you can always call PayPal and appeal/reopen your case.
