Default Has anyone purchased an Alexander McQueen Novak Bag??

I recently spotted an Alexander McQueen Novak bag on sale, and was just wondering how his bags hold up? Can anyone give me any pointers?

I have a black Novak, and it holds up very well. Only downfall is the leather tends to easily scratch. I have used Apple Guard Conditioning on it which tends to help diminish the scratches.

i have a brown buffalo leather one, and i adore it! some of the leather types are prone to scratches....if you don't like the look, go with michele's suggestion.
it's such a classy bag!

I have two, a medium woven camel one and a large plain leather grape one - both hold up lovely. It's my favourite bag, I'd own at least 50 if I could afford to. Go get one!

I have been very tempted in the past but have not yet taken the plunge. I have no doubt that all of his bags are exceptional quality.

You will love the bag. I have two - one in the classic style (brown calf leather, which scratches easily unfortunately) and the newer shoulder bag style from earlier thsi year in a red patent.

These are such stunning bags and I'm sure you will receive many compliments. Please remember to post pics!

Yes, he still does them. I have a classic one in conker brown which I bought some time ago and a newer red patent version from early this year, with longer straps that go over the shoulder and has a shorter but wider shape.
