Ok, here we go again:
Ann Taylor LOFT : Velvet Chain Shoulder Bag
Last week they had an additional 30% off for all the sale stuff.

And I got a distressed leather satchel in saddle brown from them, only $31.49! And a small wristlet bag in the same color for $10.49! Cannot find the pictures on the website any more...

I LOVE THIS THREAD! Thanks so much! I've had more fun looking for bags under $50 than I can tell you! And I'm tempted to buy them all! OK, these are from Zappos.com and range from $45 to $60. Sorry to be a board hog, you've created a monster!!!

dj - I AM SO GLAD YOU STARTED THIS THREAD!!

And, I didn't know anyone else who sees a bag and immediately does their wardrobe around it...without much thought. It just comes to me, too. I loved your "outfit" in the original post. :)

Also, is anybody else not getting "Haim's working on it!" when they punch the Etsy site? I've got the flu (or something) and maybe it's affecting my mind, but I swear there is this red-haired guy that appears and says that. Am I going bonkers? Nobody else has mentioned it, and some have said they liked the bag on the Etsy link. ??? I just keep getting "Haim" myself.

I LOVE the Penney's bags. I've never looked there for a bag, and there's a Penney's not a mile from me. I also didn't know they carried Tignanello, and I'm frantically looking for a Tig bag I bought somewhere else that I've had more compliments on than those that cost more. I'll post it if I can find it....

As someone (Nerdiefrannie?) closed the other thread...

RowanOak, Etsy upgraded to a newer version over the weekend so every now and then, the site is down as they have to tweak the site over the past few days. As for Tignanello, have you looked on ebags and thatsourbag.com?

Educate me, folks...I keep seeing a lot posted from Etsy. Is this like an ebay? I am a little confused?
Rowan-it is great to have a "kindred spirit"...heh heh. I think that mindset comes from a sense of fashion that only some people have! I wanted to be a designer and never really "had the chance". I still wish I could sew, because I would have one sweet wardrobe. Never again would I have to search "high and low" for something I could picture in my head and not find in a store. We all have a bag obsession and I have a hard time pulling my thoughts away from the whole picture. I think that may be why I cannot get thrilled about a bag that I can only see carrying with jeans.
In any case, I found a cute one on Etsy, too, and ROSE, this might be one you would like!
