I love this bag I got at Kohl's for a whopping $14...Can't wait to use it when the weather gets warmer!

I have found some great deals at TJ Maxx, Marshalls and (here in the NY metro area) Loehmanns - if you are diligent and are there early to mid-week you can find some really nice bags for a great price but it is hit or miss. I do this so I end up with a nicer bag for a smaller price tag.

I get a ton of compliments on my mustard yellow 9&Co (a nine west subdivision) bag! It's similar to this one

I was thinking about buying them online too, but I didn't find anything, I think you can only find them at the stores. They are so new, maybe they'll be in your store soon too.

Well I bought mine @ kohls and passerby -they have an online website. Although I've noticed that some of the really cute bags aren't posted online. The one in the pic is on ninewest.com and it comes in white, lime green, and black also.
