I have to say I am unsure about it.. it looks great on some celes.. but personally i think it won't look good on me.
Is that still the trend or was last season? |

I am sorry to say that I do not like this bag, or any fringe bags for that matter. I know that the style has gained some popularity with the celebrity crowd, but even they look silly carrying these bags.

Personally I like fringed bags, although I don't own any and I am sure it won't fit with my wardrobe. But I really think this Gerard Darel is especially cute....

. I suppose they are fun and could really look cool with the right outfit. However, I'm not really digging the one you posted, mainly because I think the fringe is overshadowing the overall design of the bag---a design that isn't even all that interesting to begin with. Plus, I don't think the whole bag always needs to be fringed out to make a statement---I little fringe can go a long way too. ![]() Anyway, I will say I really like several fringe bags by Jacqueline Jarrot. Though, I can't vouch for the quality, as I've never owned any of her bags. Now the fun part (picture suggestionssss!!)

I am not a fan personally, but if you love it and feel great wearing it then go for it. I bought a Coach Kiki because I loved the way Catherine Zeta-Jones looked with hers. As soon as I looked in the mirror with that on my shoulder I laughed. I can't pull it off. I returned it. But truly, if you love it and it makes you happy then go for it.

you know, i always cringed at fringe (LOL) but i received this posse NYC bag (and just gave it away on grechen's closet) to review and really loved it. i think because it's relatively simple - it's just fringe, and not too long, and not any other details on the bag - it appealed to me more than other fringe bags. it helps that the leather is super soft, and i love the "distressed" pewter...
(you can get it for 25% off with code "grechen") |

Never seen one of those I cared for, it has such a Pocahontas vibe to it. That being said, there are those bags like the Gucci Indy with just a bit of tassle that I think does look lovely.

No, I hate fringes generally, esp. when they make the bags look like Cousin Itt.
However, if the fringed-bag is nice overall, I'll probably make an exception and accept the fringes as a flaw of the bag. I haven't seen a fringed-bag that I like yet. |

No!!!!!!! Too reminiscent of the hippie culture. There are some styles that should not come back.
