Not heavy at all and easy to carry. The hardware and the charms are substantially made, but there's not a huge amount of metalwork on it, so quite comfy to carry. I can wear it on my shoulder or hand carry it. I suppose it depends on your particular body type and if you are wearing big heavy coats as to whether you can carry it on your shoulder since the handles aren't super long. I'm in North Carolina and my "winter" coats aren't that bulky, so it's not a problem for me.

crazybagaddict: You got it in camel? Ooooo, that sounds pretty! I only saw the brick, white and black on Nordies site. Congrats! Don't you LOVE IT?? Is the lining the same silky patterned lining as my brick?

Good heavens! I sound like an FB groupie!! Such great bags at a great price though. I NOW have my eye on this burgundy colored "Glamour Girl" now. I don't have a burgundy bag yet......YET she says.

I just bought a gorgeous FB the leasther is so soft and supple but my problem is it looks so starved and looks like it needs some moisture. Does anyone have any ideas how to I clean leather and keep leather shiny? Can I use the Coach leather cleaner and moisturiser? Help!!

And yet another FB to my collection! Grabbed this from Nordie's sales page after all. Francesco Biasia 'Glamour Girl' Braid Strap Hobo Bag - Handbags - Nordstrom.com

It looks like the waxed leather in their pics, but it actually has a nice soft sheen with a touch of distressing added. Very classy. Ticking another off the list. I finally got a nice burgundy bag!!!

Hi
I have a secret love Francesco Biasia off of ebay and love it. I would highly recommend the bag. My only complaint is that one of the studs is missing/fell off. Does anyone know where I can get it replaced.
Thanks!

I've owned several Biasia bags over the years and they've held up well. I just found out this weekend from a woman I met who owns a small high end accessories boutique that they are making a lot of their bags in Bulgaria now which is interesting since the pricing on the Biasia bags has gone up considerably in the last couple of years. She's actually no longer stocking the line because of that - she carries mainly bags made in Italy. My favorite bag of all that I own happens to be a medium sized Biasia hobo w/ pockets in a Cognac color - I bought it on vacation in Vegas and I love that bag - it looks small (for me - I love a big bag), holds a ton and is all worn in and slouchy.

I have a Secret Love Ten Satchel in red patent and really love it. It's held up well, and the red shade is beautiful -- rich, deep -- more of a wine or bordeaux color. This bag was available in an eggplant/maroon color -- elegant and looked beautiful in the patent. This bag holds a lot but isn't too large. I picked this up at Nordstrom and it was very reasonably priced at around $350.

Prada Psycho I love your Biasia! It is gorgeous!!! and I can't wait to see a irl pic of your new one!

I have an older Biasia...I scored a used one on ebay a couple of years ago and it is one of my most used and favorite bags. It is a gorgeous teal blue and the leather is like this vintage semi glazed finish. It is very soft but very sturdy. No falling off hardware, sticky zipper, ripping liner or undone seams! The bag has held up better than anything I've ever had and I think the person I bought it from was crazy to sell it!

I also have a couple newer Biasia wallets that I adore! These are the best wallets I've ever used!

Does anyone know if they still sell the Wild Lady bags?
I just saw photos in this thread (albeit it was back in 2007, but still!) and that style is really cute!

(Side note: did Biasia bags get more expensive?)

i'm looking for a black bag that preferably can be carried over my shoulders, but i also like the tote.

ps. this is my first time posting pics so i don't know how to make them appear in the post instead of as attachments.

in the order they appear...

- the Wild Lady shoulder bag, measuring 15.5" L x 9" H x 4.5" W with a shoulder strap of 7"
- how it looks like being worn
- the Wild Lady tote, measuring 15" L x 11" H X 5" W with a shoulder drop of 10"
- how it looks like being worn
- the smaller version of the shoulder bag in brown, which i cannot find measurements for

i also kind of like this one, but it may look too "long" on me!? (i'm only 5'3" and kinda skinny)

what do you all think? thanks in advance!
All of these look very nice, I'd have a hard time choosing!
