I came across tPF while researching my first purse love, MJ Stam. Since then, I have discovered a love for Andrea Brueckner, RM, Abaco, and most definitely YSL and Miu Miu. And in that process, I have definitely gotten over my 'crush' with the MJ Stam.

Rebecca Minkoff....bought my first Nikki several months ago and would like several more RM's. Before TPF I never heard of her bags now I'm totally in love with them.

I found tPF trying to find a place to authenticate Coach bags on eBay.

Then I found Tano bags (before there was an SF...just one giant thread in the Bags, Bags, Bags area) and I've been completely obsessed w/ Tano bags ever since

I first came here to identify a bag I saw a picture of. I think it was a Rebecca Minkoff Morning After Bag. I've bought a bunch of Rebecca Minkoff bags and sold them all. Now I wouldn't carry one if it was free. I've happily moved on to L.A.M.B. and Belen Echandia.

When I joined I was and I am still a Chloé-lover ( some things will never change).
I also loved some styles of Marc Jacobs and so sometimes I drop in their forum for a visit...and sometimes I am at the Fendi-subforum as well, because I really love my spies...

good thread! I came here looking for info on the Dior Gaucho, stumbled into the bal forum and never did get that gaucho, ended up with a bal, wasn't sure I was all that crazy about it, went to RM ended up with about 7 of hers, then found MJ and ended up with 8 of his, then back to bal and bought 2 more and found that I loved them. I love having a variety of bags. I seem to love something from lots of designers which makes TPF just the greatest site to live in!!!!!

Crazy how this happens.....but what a fun obsession (and expensive). I have been through quite a few designers myself.

Raebelle-Why dont you like RM anymore. Was it a style or quality issue.

When I first discovered TPF last year, I got addicted to Botkier, and I crazily placed 2 orders at full price with them and paid $270 for international shipping of those 2 bags. After lurking here for a while, I felt stupid to have paid full price because I could have found the bags on sale, and paying a lot less for shipping,too!

After that I got hooked on Treesje and RM. Now I own more RM bags than any other brands. Along the way I've also purchased more Botkier, The Sak, Hype, Andrea Brueckner, Jenny Yuen, and Ignes. But now I just never pay full price any more. I only buy when there are sales or coupon codes.

My first love here was Belen Echandia. But I also like looking at the Mulberry thread as I've got three of those as well. In fact I like looking at a lot of other sub-forums as I've got a few other bags too.

But my love still remains primarily for Belen Echandia.

went to marc jacobs - browsed
went onto LV - bought a couple bags and accesories
went to RM - a couple bags
now i'm really loving proenza schouler (she should have her own forum!)
