First love on TPF?

I love the information given on this forum. I started with LV, Hayden-Harnett and Gucci but have simply fallen head over heals for Treesje.

the mj venetia brought me here, and almost three years later, nothing much has changed. i've branched out and either owned or have owned bags from miu miu, chanel, bal, and marni, but it's always been mj for me.

I never had that much money (im 16!) so when i came to TPF I loved leather Betsey Johnson bags. Now that I figured out how to correctly spend my money on slightly used and vintage bags I have a lv speedy and marc jacobs bag. I have a love for louis vuitton now. Before I never saw the hype about lv but now im turning into an addict =)

i started on tpf, looking for where i could find a Prada bag i was after for a good price and stumbled on the 70% off Saks sales. with the help of various tpfers, i found my bag and was hooked.

reading the threads i became obsessed with the Fairy bags which was sold out everywhere, again with the help of the forum i got a tip and snapped up my Astro Fairy.

since joining in novermber i've bought - 3 Prada, 1 Miu Miu (another tpf tip), 1 Balenciaga GGH Brief (saw a similar one on a tpfer thread and was in love) and 1 Cole Haan.

i've also come across my new love, the Miu Miu Bow, and cant wait to own one....

Balenciaga is what initially started my addiction to the pf. I've branched out into many other designers since joining but Bal still is what really makes my heart thump.

I found TPF because I was trying to authenticate my first high end designer bag which turned out to be a fake! Well, at least I found out before I had the chance to leave the house with it. Then, I dabbled in just about everything from RM, Balenciaga, Kooba, Gryson, Gustto, Botkier, Chloe and Mulberry.

I have found that I pretty much stick with all leather bags because I just love the feel, smell and variations in a quality leather bag. If a bag isn't perfect for me, I will sell it almost immediately. So, currently the bags that made the cut are mostly BE and Miu Miu bags, one Prada, two Gucci leather bags, one Jimmy Choo, one Chloe (probably temporary), one old school Kooba and my accessories are all damier LV because LV is so durable.

It was CHANEL that brought me over here. I wanted information on the bags like how much do they cost and to find out which one would be right for me.

Since the purseforum, I have dabbled in Dior, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, YSL, and now Balenciaga.

I came here looking for information about Balenciaga. I spent a good solid year only on that forum.
At one point I had 10 bal bags, now I'm down to 2 (plus accessories, I still can't resist them!).

Now I love other forums and bags, especially BV, YSL, Chloe, and I wander in and out of a few others. tPF is such a fun place! (If only I were as interested in and as well informed about aerodynamics or astrophysics or something with more day-to-day applications!)

I came here right in the middle of the it-bag craze, with Coach being my first love. I read the blog first, and then discovered the forum. I got more into Coach, and into the it-bags (would still love to own a few), and then I discovered Tokidoki- my bank account still hasn't forgiven me for that, lol. But I've gotten more into some brands that I may never have purchased, such as L.A.M.B. (it was through here that I found out about that amazing sample sale) and Marc by Marc Jacobs, and found many online stores, such as ShopBop and Tobi that I now frequent.

I originally came here seeking some authentication of a Balenciaga bag.. I really do love them, they're beautiful and will always be one of my favorites, I think.

I've moved from a bag appreciation to a leather appreciation! I am always in search of a bag that is made of great, buttery leather that will last. I discovered Rebecca Minkoff bags thanks to TPF, and purchased a morning after mini. I found that I much preferred the leather of other bags.. as much as I liked the RM style. I moved to a Chloe bag and didn't love it as much as I thought I would.. So currently I'm loving Linea Pelle and I'm thinking of looking around to discover other brands and designers.

for me my tPF addiction started with RM..now I find myself in other subforums like balenciaga or LV...depending on my mood lol
