Do any designers make a nice refillable journal/diary?

I'm looking for something to use as a journal. I'd prefer something refillable, so when I fill the journal I can continue using the cover with a new notebook/refills.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. TIA!

My friend has an absolutely gorgeous LV Damier agenda/diary with refillable pages.

I was going to say Hermes...but even the refills are pricey.

I've been refilling my Mulberry agenda for too many years to count, and it's still looking good

The Coach and LV agendas can fit 3rd party refills, which is a lot of girls here are using (The LV girls are big fans of the Hello Kitty refills).

Kate Spade has some awesome agenda refills too (but are pricey if buying the whole pack, $50).

I wouldn't recommend getting the LV refills since the papers are thin, I heard.
