Chloe Lock?

I lost the heavy metal lock for my Chloe bag. Does anybody know where I can find the replaced one? Please advise.

I bought mine at Chloe in NYC. Just had to have my original receipt. Just show up at a Chloe store if you can even if you bought the bag elsewhere tell Chloe they told you to go straight to them.

You can order one through Chloe, but their new policy is that you must either have your receipt or you must have the store from which you purchased it contact Chloe directly. The cost is pretty high, though, to replace the hardware.

i think lescoy mentioned that it costs around $200 for the lock and key..

Wow thats pricey to replace the lock! I would think that it would be sort of hard to lose in the first place though...
