Can you help me figure out who makes this bag?

I saw it recently - it's a multi-colored silky fabric (almost like Pucci), and it has metallic leather trim. It's pretty unstructured, like a bucket or hobo, and had some metal charms too, I believe...

Anyone? I looked on a bunch of sites to see if I could find, but was unable...thanks!

So true!! I saw a woman carrying it in NYC this morning on my way to work...so no photo op.
