Can someone help me please i need to verify a fake

hi i'm new to this. i bought a supposed D & G bag on eBay but the bag they sent me wasn't the one in the listing and was fake.

i appealed to paypal and they said the following:

In order to continue with the investigation of your complaint, we must
request documentation to support your claim that the item is not authentic.
Please obtain a document from an unbiased, third-party, such as a dealer,
appraiser, or another individual or organization that is qualified in the
area of the item in question (other than yourself), which clearly
identifies the item as not authentic. If possible, the document should
include a serial number and description of the item, and must be on
letterhead that includes the name, address, and phone number of the
individual, business, or organization so that PayPal may contact them if
necessary.

i haven't a clue where to find someone to do this & i only have 10days! can anybody help me?

Is there a D&G store near you? Or a department store that carries D&G?

Do you have a Neiman Marcus nearby? They sell D&G there so I am pretty sure the sales associates can help you there, they are very nice people...good luck!

there is no stores near me that sell D & G. I live in Ireland & the closest D & G retailer i know of is in Dublin which is about 150 miles away & i wont be able to travel there until after i finish my exams which is the 20th of June which is to late.
