If you had to choose just one to carry on a daily basis for the next 5 years would you get a Louis Vuitton zippy wallet or a Balenciaga zippered wallet?

would one of these hold up better than the other?

I think LV wallets are nicer than Balenciaga. I would go for the LV.

I am not a huge LV lover, much prefer Balenciaga...but when it comes to wallets, I think durability wise I'd go for the LV. Bals are lovely, but there wallets show wear way too quickly IMO and look a little too 'grungy' for my taste.

I would pick the LV, but I'm obviously biased!

Seriously, though - I think that a wallet from LV would be more classic and timeless.

I dont like the looks of Balenciaga so it would be LV for me.

I am a big fan of Balenciaga, but I have to say their leather is way too fragile for a wallet used on a daily basis.

I love my Emilie LV wallet.

I like Bal as it is more egdy but for durability sake, LV. Mine is with me for 8 years (canvas leather) and it is still in good condition.

@Hamhamjanice i'm the same way! I absolutely LOVE Bal too! How do you feel about the vernis? Do you think it'd hold up as good as monogram canvas? Of course, I want all the ones that won't hold up as well as the classic. I want vernis, then damier ebene...i think classic LV would be the best choice for durability sake, though.
