Definitely, the Balenciaga is a much better choice if you're 19. They are such fun, edgy bags in an array of gorgeous colors. Good luck and let us know what you decide.

I think it totally depends on your style/aesthetic. If you're more of a traditional, classic type of person, then Bottega Veneta--it's understated, elegance. However, if you've got a bit more "edge" to your style then go with Balenciaga which is also a classic but not in the same elegant manner that BV is known for.
