My BF uses a money clip in addition to a wallet. He prefers to use the money clip for his cash since it's easier to access the cash versus having to pull out his wallet each and every time that he needs to pay for something.

I think money clips are more of a man thing, I dont think I've ever owned one.

I bought a coach one for my DH years ago and he never used it. I have no idea where it even is.

DH loves money clips. He owns several. When we were in Vegas last month, he perused Hermes, Prada and Gucci for a new one and ended up buying a Gucci one.

DH only uses a money clip. He says since he eliminated the wallet, his back has stopped hurting as much!

I have one that I tend to use if I draw out a large amount of cash to pop to a vintage fair or want to be more careful about my spending - I spend so much less if I draw myself out a cash budget than if I use my debit card.

I was wondering if they are used too as I saw one in the store the other day, thought of getting my son for one of his xmas gifts.

hhmm. money clips? i see some male yuppies using them but i hardly notice women buying or using money clips. in my opinion, women are more of the tri-fold wallets..
