Default Anyone have a Ed Hardy bag
I bought an Ed Hardy bag from Beyond The Rack today and was wondering what the quality was like. Anyone have one. Its 30% leather and 70% cotton. I dont consider it a true designer bag but it was very cute and pretty cheap. I have a couple of his T-shirts. Typically I'm not crazy about his art work (Skulls and death arent my thing) but some of his work I find beautiful. This bag has a flower and diamond and just looks fun. My wife will like the colors and I think she will like the bag when she wants to take a break from her high end bags and carry something very casual.

I have an all canvas Ed Hardy bag from 2007, qualities great for what it is, I use it for long walks in the country or pack when travelling as a 'rough and tumble' bag - including grocery shopping (I'm sure I could wash it if need be). All the interior pockets are various sizes, balance well when carried and are removable of need be. Someone thought a lot about the design of that bag.

I also have some Ed Hardy boots that I wear on walks over rough terrain in Summer (I'm taking fields not mountains) they are predominantly stone coloured - that's why I wear them in the Summer coz they look good casual and bear legs KWIM and they've stood up pretty well.

Certainly my things seem pretty durable considering how careless and carefree I am with them.

I have mixed feelings about Ed Hardy. I like some of his styles (particularly small accessories), but I don't think the materials justify the price at all. I saw a bunch of his $100+ bags at TJMaxx a few days ago and I wasn't impressed at all.

I did buy a pair of EH sneakers for around $40 on ebay (rather than $100 retail) and I felt that was reasonable, considering how frayed and worn out they've become in a short period of time.

Anyway, I guess I consider his stuff priced about 50% more than it should be.

^^I find them a bit loud and overpriced as well
We carry EH bags and shoes at my job and I see the kids (my co-workers) falling all over the bags, waiting for them to be marked down...

I guess, I like EH on super sale only Like the one pair of rain boots I got on super sale at Nordies

Nevertheless, if you love it and you know you'll use it... then rock it girl!
