hi, can anyone help me with my problem. I have a Longchamp Le pliage, i don't know what happened to it but it seems like there are bubbles on the cloth and i don't know what to do. Hope there is somebody who could help me fix my bag. Thanks.

Can you post a pic? Sorry that happened to your bag :(
Magnums.com always have sales and great coupons available should you just want to replace it.. check out retailmenot.com for coupon codes.

I brought one of my old Le Pilage totes to my seamstress and she was able to sew the corners from the inside and make it look a bit better. As far as the bubbles, it's just age and there isn't much you can do. Use it for rainy days and buy a new one.

AFAIK - The newer bags shouldn't bubble at all. I had one bubble and I brought it back to Longchamp, and they said it was from an older production and they gave me a new bag.

Did u need a reciept? How long have you had it before it bubbled up? Cause my first one is so bubbly and disgusting! I hope they would do the same for me.

I didn't have a receipt but they could have looked up the purchase because they had my name.

Contact customer service (you can find contact information on the Longchamp web site) and see what they say. That's what I did, and they told me to send/bring the bag to the boutique so the manager could examine it.

Longchamp is FABULOUS with repairs. Bring it to them and they'll most likely send it out to get fixed up for you.

I have a old version and the same thing happened, a lot of bubbles.. and it also was kind of dirty since I was scared to wash it and create more bubbles. I hadn't used it for years (it didn't look nice at all!) when I decided to wash it because, anyway, I wasn't using it!! I put it in the washer and even though the fabric doesn't stick to the lining anymore, there are no bubbles left! And even the leather (handle) didn't get damage. So I can use it again now :-)
