In what order do you use these products? I purchased the kit and it came with the cleaner, the pro treatment, handles only and ultimate moistruizer. Obviously I used the cleaner first and I would use the pro treatment and handles only together but do you apply moisturizer before or after the pro treatment? I didn't want the moisturizer to break down the pro treatment but at the same time the pro-treatment may stiffen up the bag a little so I would want to use the moisturizer after. Any advice would be great!

I'm pretty sure the moisturizer goes on last. "Pro," means "Before."

If you have any doubts you can always email Barbara at LMB and ask her...

Thanks.... I thought about emailing them but I wanted to do my bag this weekend and a lot of companies don't give responses until the work week.

Hi guys
I bouhgt the Chanel care kit as recommended from LMB and got them today. It came with the Lamb caress Cleanser, silk serum and Botanicial Silk Miracle Shield. I tried the cleanser on my beige Chanel lambskin and it got so darkened in SOME AREAS.
Has anyone tried the Lamb caress cleanser on light Chanel Lambskin??? I'm so worried if the darkened are would not lighten up again :((

Hi, I haven't used this myself but it could be some color cream coming off, leaving darker areas? Many leather bags have color cream on even when new, Balenciaga etc. I would send an email to LMB and ask about this.

I've been using her products for years and they have evolved so much and the formulas have changed it seems like at least 6-7 times.

I would use their products religiously on my Balenciaga bags but with the new formula of cleaner they have it lightens the leather and leaves where was once dirty, faded and differently colored than the rest of the bag (at least on Bal's delicate leather). I was very upset when this happened as it was only the new cleansing formula that it happened with and it was a very rare bag I unfortunately discovered this on. Needless to say that was the end of LMB for me (sadly as I had over $100 in various bag creams still and absolutely loved their products).

I notice some of their products darkened the leather at first but then faded to normal as it dried. If the bag was darkened and the marks stayed I would email Barbra and see what she says. She is always quick to reply and is very helpful.

^^^ The exact same thing happened when I applied the moisturizer to my '04 Seafoam. Luckily, I caught it right away and it's in one of those areas that "wrinkles" when I am wearing the bag, so it's not all that noticeable.

I really do like the FHO product, and the botanical silk moisturizer really invigorates my Bal blacks (especially those slightly faded corners)... but I won't chance it again on lighter colors.

I am not especially fond of the scent, and because it's so expensive, I really only use this product to address fading. For regular moisturizing I use Cole Haan moisturizer, which I have used for years on a variety of bags with no disappointment. It's inexpensive and it's scentless!!

^^^ My DD applied COle Haan moisturizer to her Ciel City. We sent it to RDC as a trade in and Corey had to refuse it as it felt sticky to the touch. This was a bal that was only used twice, perfect corners and handles....but has faded just setting in the dustbag as blue bals do. The Cole Haan product really reduced the value of this bag.

I got LUST FOR LIFE
I haven't had any issues with LMB products. I've used these:

Botanical Silk Cleanser
Botanical Silk Moisturizer
Miracle Shield
Lamb Caress cleanser

i've used them on BV lambskin bags and on kidskin bags. I haven't noticed any fading or color loss on either BV or Ferragamo bags.

As with all cleaning and treatment products, YMMV!

Just a heads up, always be careful with leather cleaner. All leather cleaners are pretty harsh and should only be used when really needed. Most light dirt/ spots will come off with a little conditioner and elbow grease.. I always try conditioner first, it's easier on the bag.

I was just checking this out the other day. The singapore outlet of My Bag Spa carries their products.

Happy Chrissy!
Their lamb caress worked really well in removing colour transfer from my Givenchy Nightingale in lambskin....I highly recommend it! Their silk serum works really well too (for YSL, Givenchy, Balenciaga, etc)
