Hi

I usualy hang around in LV, but Iv been wanting to decide on a bag to get in the next few months, and am not loveingggg anything from LV. I have a cherry blossom pouchette and a speedy 30 bag. Iv been looking at gucci bags online and think im going with gucci next

I dont know much about gucci so Id like to know if there are bags/fabrics that are better than others for an everyday type bag. Also, if there are any bags prone to "problems". Here are a few I have seen online I like, and suggestions would also be helpfull! Im looking for a bag that is no more than $1,300. maybe a tiny bit over if i really love it though

The closest store is 3 hours away in NYC, so the next time I go ill be going to the gucci boutique.

I want a bag that isnt too plain but not too much going on either lol, and I like fabric or the printed leather(forgott what you call it lol)

HI and welcome to the gucci forum! What about the guccissim a(printed leather) pelham. I don't own one but it looks incredible. I'm partial to the crystal fabric bags (monogram with a coating) because of their durability. Any spills just wipe right off. Anyawys, good luck in your search and can't wait to see your choice.

Try the Sukey or D tote in guccisima leather- its the best, chic, classic, very light. I am very satisfied with it

I am feelin the tote better. Guccissima Leather is great. Smeels like new for a long time as well. Were you looking for just the canvas? There are sooo many choices for you too choose as well. Different color canvas, Web( the sig green and red stripes) with leather(no guccissima). Good luck and Take your time to decide!!!! If you are so close to NYC drive the extra 45 min or so and go to Woodberry Outlets....You will gett better deals and may get 2 or 3 for that price range!!

I personally love totes so my vote is the tote of course.

I like both of the bags but my pick would be #1! My preference always leans towards satchels than totes.

i love totes!! perfect everyday bag! get a guccissima leather bag...they last forever! the tote that you posted is a very classic gucci...and it's definitely under your budget. you budget isn't small so maybe you can get that tote AND something else!! hehe

I prefer the all leather bags but I do have a couple of canvas/leather too.

Both the bags pictured look great but if it were me, I too lean towards number 1 because I love the shape.

It depends if you're looking for a shoulder bag or a hand held.

A Guccissma leather Boston might be good for you too

I was looking at the leather boston too, though I have an LV speedy so maybe too similar? lol well right now anyways haha. So are the gucci outlets like coach outlets? , as in they have bags just made for them, or are they all bags that were in the gucci boutiques? I really wasnt impressed with the coach outlets at all...

I just map quested the outlets and Im actuily closer to them than NYC! Now i think i may make a trip there instead of NYC...anyone been to these?

omg I live in Ontario Canada but have been to the woodbury common outlets....their awesome. If I lived closer, I'd go bankrupt lol Gucci does have a good selection of items and you can get great deals. I'd go their before going into NYC.
