it would have been one of the better ones since it's short and sweet!

the "secret" is the most elegant bag of the f/w collection to me. It beautiful, and I like it best in this version, without the canvas. congrats!

(I like all the other baggies as well, very nice )
Could you put in a word for me at Gucci HQ please?

Thank you for your other cheery words, some time I'll fish-out all my other Gucci bags and a GUCCI-WALL of ready-to-wear

LOL IKWUM I am always pulled two ways when I see a great bag. I think Yipee followed shortly after by how much? .

And yes, for sure just a couple of cm on the handles more would be have been perfect

Love the newest pics of your handbags. Great eye for the details and arrangement in your photography!!!

I love how you pair up your tan boots with a dark outfit - it gives it such a wonderful pop of colour! btw is that a fur skirt? I've never seen anyone wearing a fur skirt so it's unique to me (and I'm from Canada!) - anyways it's lovely!

Thank you, I certainly think they are an improvement on yesterday's 'effort'.

The fur 'skirt' is the last part of my McQueen cashmere coat (it's done up all the way because I only have my nightie on underneath ).

The coat is in 3 parts and each part unzips: part 1 is a jacket with a fur collar; part 2 is a short coat length; part 3 is made of fur that makes it full length and can also be worn as a stole by its self. Very ingenious that Mr McQueen. I shall immodestly tell too that I also have the matching trousers and skirt . When I like something I realll really like it LOL.

Surprise, surprise it came from the first year when Gucci Group took over Alexander McQueen

Ayla and Runaway Bride thank you both

Runaway B - yes, it's a spare strap from another brown Gucci from a couple of years ago. I think it's a great idea just to have it there even though it doesn't hang leevel. Even if a don't use it over the shoulder throughout the day, I'll twist around my wrist for added 'security'. Unlike my plain black leather travel tote that I can just turn around if I don't particularly want evryone to kow it's Gucci - there is no hiding these GG canvas bags. It's also useful if I just need my hands free for a while like when I'm on the phone and I'm holding my nefew's hand and such. You can see I have put a purpose-built one with a padded shoulder piece on my YSL Majorelle as well, that bag can hold a lot but it can also get too heavy for the handles for my liking.
