Recommend a Gucci sans Monogram

Hi all you Gucci Lovers! I think it's time for me to get a Gucci bag. I dont have one nor have I ever. I do have a Gucci wallet that I use everyday and I love it. My problem is I'm really not familliar with Gucci bags. So I thought I'd go to the best possible place in the world to get some good advice about Gucci...The Gucci subforum! What would you recommend for someone who likes a larger purse, it can be handbag or shoulder bag, but would prefer that the bag did not have a monogram pattern? I look forward to your responses! I think the gucci horsebit hobo is a great choice for your 1st bag.
Another gucci favorite is the pehlham. I know you said no monogram, but
i thought i would throw in the last one just to compare

The medium has a zipper closing and the large folds over, no zipper or magnet.

Wow! Great recommendations!! These all are fabulous! I really like the shape of the Aviatrix and I love the braided straps and horse bits on the Pelham!
