Owners on Gucci Wellets HELP! Please [=

So I got a new one a few days ago. Its pretty good so far but if anything happens again...I think I want my money back... next time im buying from gucci instead of neimans

I have a gucci wallet, and let me tell you..im pretty destructive with them and I have not seen anything like that.

I think you purchased a wallet that was returned by a customer. and instead of putting it in damages the SA's probably assumed there was nothing wrong with it and sold it to you. Take it back to where you got it from and have them exchange.
