Outlet Gucci bags

Can anyone tell me if the outlet Gucci bags have an additional mark on the leather tag. It has the regular marking of the R with the circle around it but it also has an additional circle with a G inside it. Is this normal? Thanks for the help!!

I've seen the additional marks on outlet bags, however, I bought two from the outlet and they do not have the additional marks. I guess it just depends.

i think they do it so that pppl wont return it to retail store...
