New here- can anyone authenticate this bag, know what collection/year it is?

I found this Gucci at TJ Maxx for $53. The TJ Maxx tag said it was originally $136, and I know that isn't right! I'm guessing it was an error- but I have no idea when the bag was originally put out or what the retail price was. I'm trying to sell it now and I don't know enough about it to price it accurately. I'm afraid I'll sell it for way too cheap!

Any help would be greatly appreciated....

but that doesn't even look like a Gucci brand bag{?}. more like a Luella Bartley design.
