Thanks Jill for redirecting me, I hope this is the way to ask, reply rather than start a new thread..? Im a forum virgin!
I have just been given a beautiful gold and aqua hand held gucci, I really wanted to know the style and name of it...!
It was first bought in 2003/4 and is made from gold/aqua canvas with gold leather trim, there is also two diagonal zip features on the front.
I have done numerous google searches and have come up with nothing, is there as history of past seasons bags anywhere?

I am new to gucci but saw a bag in a store I love.

It's an all-leather speedy (like lv) shaped bag in lilac. It had the gucci logo all over.

From which collection is this and what is the price point?

If it is the same bag I think it is it is from the 09 summer range called Joy and they call it the Boston bag- not speedy like LV.

Lilac comes in guccissiam leather, or the grey GG plus with lilac patent leather trim.

In Syd it's currently on sale but I believe it is sold out. The GG plus one was 890 down to 710, and the leather version is around 1500 range, down to 1200 something....

This is the Abbey messenger, has been discontinued for a few years. I don't think they came in the pink leather trim color ... but I could be wrong. They came in the brown and white leather trim for sure, also black.
