Medium Tote from Joy collection

Hi,
I got my medium tote from the Joy collection, and is a little bothered when the bottom of the bag kinda "sags" when I put some stuff in it. Anybody has this same problem? Any suggestions of what I should do to avoid this sag? It does not flatter my beautiful Joy tote

I know that someone on eBay sells base shapers for the LV speedy and Gucci Joy. I am sure this would help.

i tried looking at eBay, but i only see shapers/base for LV speedy and neverfull ... nothing for the Gucci joy. can you tell me the seller name pls ... i will just look the seller name up. thanks!!

I dont remember the seller name. I just remember seeing them on eBay. I would ask some sellers of the speedy base shaper if it fits the Joy. I believe that the Speedy and Joy are the same.

I put a magazine at the bottom of my LV speedy. It works for me, you might want to try.

i cut a piece of cardboard and placed it in the bottom....sag-free!

Mine sags too but I kind of like the sagging. But like the others, I agree, a magazine or a larger book placed at the bottom might help the sagging. Good luck!

i also use the cardboard idea. it solves the sagging problem, but at the same time making the bottom extremely angled looking. hehe

again, thanks so much everyone! i have another question though .... since i really want a sturdy base, i am considering of the the base shaper from eBay. but as i mentioned, i only see shapers for LV speedy or neverfull. Does anybody know if the bottom of the Joy medium tote the same size as the speedy (25? 30?) or neverfull?

for now, i guess i have to put either a cardboard or magazine until i get the shaper.

i have the speedy 35, and recently got the medium joy boston bag from gucci. the gucci one doesn't sag that much compared to the speedy though. but in terms of size, the medium joy bag is bigger than the speedy 30, but smaller than the speedy 35. you have to use careful judgment before you decide to purchase a shaper, i think.

the magazine-shaper is my personal fav lol but than again its also because I like a liiiiittle bit of a sag, hehe
IMO a lil bit of a sag makes the leather look more soft n natural than putting a plastic base-shaper in them
