is the large brown trim jolicoeur tote discontinued?

i just got one onsale at holts for 619, which works out to 30% unfortunately, but i thought it was a classic?

Which holt did you get it from? I got my jolicoeur tote in the white leather trim at holt vancouver at the same price. I highly doubt that the class brown trim is discontinued. But you never know...

i believe it is part of the classic line, the only jolicoeur bag i saw onsale at holts was the one with white trim

i got it from bloor st. it was the only one, the SA didn't know it was on sale, she just found out while i was there because the buyer came in or something and was checking stuff. congrats on yours. how come our sale is so stingy, the states have all bags at 40% off, at 619 it only works out to 30% and our retail is higher to begin with, plus the insane taxes...i am not sure if i will keep mine, i might return it.

i really like the charm on the white one, but bloor holts didn't have any, nor did i see anything at the boutique...

I like the charm on this one too, but I don't quite like the color combination. But since it's on sale, I thought it's ok to buy. You might want to call around and see if other holts have it. I was at vancouver holts yesterday and they were all spoken for. They still have the messenger one on sale.

But I think yours is a better deal because the classic one never go on sale and you got yours on sale. You should keep it. I know it's not really fair that our holts sale is only 30% off. But when I spoke with the Gucci boutique last weeks, they said they never got this pink on in at all and they won't. And for sure they don't have the classic one on sale. IMO, you should keep it! I think you got a better deal!

i'm still leaning towards returning it, becuase i already have similar totes, and even the small jolicoeur tote, what i really want is a tote that has a closed top, but i found out about the abbey tote too late, and it's now all sold out...not sure what to do, will think it over on the weekend. wish selection and prices in canada would improve slightly, shoping really sucks here.

The medium is on sale in the states for $459 and the large is $499.

That bag in the picture is so beautiful. Does anyone know if they have a magnetic snap closure at the top of the medium or large, or are they just totally open at the top?

The one on sale is just with the red stripe pictured above, not the regular classic with brown leather, correct??

Where in the states? I called my Gucci boutique and they said they've never heard of one with a pink stripe! Do you mean a department store, or do I just have a bad SA?
