Default how to stuff a pelham???

i want to put it away for a little while but don't know how much tissue paper it should take! i'm scared of overstuffing it and stretching the fabric, but don't want to leave it limp and shapeless. any pointers? thanks in advance!

I usually put in a scarf I don't wear anymore folded/rumpled to the shape of the bag I want it to keep. You can always put in a thin sweater too?
