how to remove ball pen mark from my hysteria

Hi all,

I bought the Hysteria Top Handle bag (with the metal crest in the front and bow ties at two sides) in soft blue leather (not patent). The leather is really soft and light and I would imagine fragile. Unfortunately, when I got it it already has two ball pen stripes near the zipper. :( I really like the bag so don't wanna return it. Does any one have successful experience with removing ball pen mark from the soft leather gucci bag? Please let me know!

Oh dear Bombie - ball point is horrible to remove - Perhaps Gucci could recommend.

I did have some luck with saddle soap/ let dry/ re-conditioned with German leather cream (clear/ no colour and usually used for bags/shoes) but I did it really quickly after the accident. The longer you leave ball point the harder it is.

This is def a gap in the market. Someone should invent something that takes ball point off leather.
