Feel awful, I ruined a 2 thousand dollar Gucci leather bag with the careless use of a ballpoint pen (addressing cards in my car) I feel the loss terribly - all I can do is carry it good side out but I'm not inclined to do that. Made it worse by doing all the wrong things in panic - should have taken it to Gucci immediately but did not - Hope you had a better outcome.
