I have had belt holes put in by the fab shoe repair underneath the Nike store on Bloor St. That shop does all the purse and shoe repairs for the designer boutiques and for Holts. I had an extra hole put in a Hermes belt and they did it on the spot and did a great job!.....haven't been to Holts in about 2 weeks......does anyone know if there is still a large Pop Bamboo???? We should start a Canadian purse deals thread....not easy to find them here, or stores from the US that will send them to us!

I saw the large Pop Bamboo at Sherway on Sunday. Not sure if they still have it but you could give them a call perhaps.

Is that Kaner's. This is actually the place Gucci and Holt's recommended when I ask ed about reconditioning my purses. I haven't had the chance to go because I don't go downtown that often.

That's the place, and they do a great job. Holts told me about it years ago and I bring everything there. Had to get a purse fixed and Holts said it would take 2 weeks (they send to Kaners). They told me to bring it there myself....took 2 days!
