Hi everyone,

I have a pair of Gucci GG web canvas D'Orsay with a cracked heel. I've been to two local repair shops who directed me to Gucci. Gucci wants to replace the heels on both shoes (only one is damaged) for balance. This costs about $160. Does anyone know of a place that repairs Gucci heels? Is it worth it to get these fixed?

JMO but I would swallow the expense and get them both repaired by Gucci or just bin them, they are no good as they are and no one else is going to be able to get the right heel. Even for that money it's still worth it, less than a new pair of shoes, especially Gucci shoes.
