help with gucci fabric!!

hi guys! ive been an avid gucci fanatic for a couple of years now but im having a little trouble with one of my bags. it's the large gucci horsebit hobo with a green handle! i LOVE that bag but i guess it rubbed on my jeans too much b/c i wore like EVERY DAY for 3 months without switching sides. anyway, to make the long story short, the monogram fabric on the bottom is messd up. i brought it to the store to see if they can do anything since i paid so much freaken money for it & they said they'd try. so i have any other options????
