Help with a BlueFly purchase

I just purchased a Gucci New Britt Medium tote from BlueFly with model number 169946 and serial number 493075. A Gucci salesperson I talked to on the phone said that the serial number 493075 does not pertain to any Gucci handbags. Is this true? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also posted lots of pics of the bag in the Authenticate This page. Thanks!

You've posted the pictures under the Authenticate This Gucci thread and shouldn't repost here. The moderator will close this thread.

The second row of numbers is not a style number like the first row. It's not something the SA will keep track on, since it's probably a production code or manufacturer code (my guess).

BlueFly is legit, at least on the Gucci bags.
