My Gucci lizard had a pen mark, so I rubbed it using eraser and water to clear that off. Now the pen mark is gone, but that part lost lustre. I heard that there are several products that could coat wallets for water proof and make them glossy....are there good ones that can help my lizard?

Anyone with knowledge, please help me. Thank you~!

I would prob tell someone who bought a bargain or vintage to have a 'go' with this or that product but with a lizard wallet I would say take it to G to see if they can do something to save it.

The eraser might have actually rubbed off the glaze that protects the skin (from above all else water) I don't think that in this case there is an easy solution.

Gucci will send it off to be looked at and give you a valuation before they start work if you should agree.

Sorry I can not be of more help in this case but I don't think from the sounds of things this is a DIY job.
