i am so upset. i bought a abbey shoulder bag last friday at woodbury for a really good price and i only used the bag about 3 times. i had it for less than a week and the strap on the bag just broke out of no where. it looks like a pin where the strap and the hardware suppose to be connected broke or something. do u think its possible to get this fix or anything? on the receipt it says all sales are final and theres no exchanges or returns so i dont know what to do.

Sorry to hear this! I am sure you can take it into a Gucci store and they will repair it. Since you just bought it, it should be free.

I would definitely call the outlet right away and let them know. I'm sure they will have it repaired for you free of charge.

If you can make it back to the outlet, call them beforehand and explain the situation. I had a charmy hobo that I used for 5 days and the handle broke the same way - the pin broke and the purse fell onto the ground, scratching the metal logo. I took it into the outlet and asked for a new bag since all this happened due to a defect in the bag's hardware. The SA took it back to the manager who approved the exchange.

I was really happy to get my bag replaced and that Gucci followed through with good customer service. Good luck!

Call or take it back to Gucci. They should be able to take care of it for you free of charge since you just bought it. Good luck

i called gucci yesterday and they said that i can just bring the bag back and they can fix it that same day.
