I have one, in the brown GG with the green/red/green stripe and I think it's cute for a spring/summer bag when you don't want to carry much! But at times I think it's too small, so for me, not as functional but does look super cute.

i just got the brown one for christmas!!! i've seen it in the department stores but its back ordered on the websites. i want a different color now

I'm just not sure I want to spend 300 in such a small bag, plus they're out of it. I went looking on ebay, they have a few.. I'm just not so good deciding if they're fakes or not.

Does anyone know if the black gucci hip fanny pack with the green and red strap was actually made by gucci? Or is it a really bad replica. I know that they have one with a black strap. I was just curious about the green and red. Thanks!

It's a lovely item!

I bought mine many many years back in Sydney when all they had was the plain brown belt and metal tag.

I retired it already but I love it nonetheless.

I'm planning to get the black version of the two compartment belt bag as well, but I was wondering if $705 AUD for it is overpriced? I've checked out the UK and US price, even after conversion plus tax, $705 still seems quite expensive in comparison.

Does anyone know if Gucci boutiques are able to make price adjustments?

^No, they will not adjust it to match the price in other countries. Different countries sell at different prices. Some of this also has to do with various costs, such as import tax, etc. and not just currency conversion.

Yeah, it should be good for that. I guess $705 AUD is for the larger size, right? The small one does not hold much at all, so not sure you will be able to fit that.

Yep, for the larger belt bag, the smaller one was $595 or $600 AUD, but a bit too small for a guy.
