Yes, if there is a Gucci store in your state, then they will charge tax.

This might be a bit offbeat but there's a Gucci mono hobo available on ebay:

Bought a Kooba Paige from them a while back and it was definitely authentic. Bidding starts at .99. Don't know what the reserve price is though. Same seller has a gucci wallet to for $99.

That's because when I found the Trish, i found these one too.

As for the gucci "outlets", I didn't read the whole thread so maybe I'm wrong, but I would suggest calling Gucci direct and asking them if such a thing exists...To me, it just doesn't sound right and I would never buy a bag from there. What would prevent anyone from importing a ton of fakes and selling them in a store, and calling themselves a "gucci outlet", other than taking a lot more risk than doing it over a website (?) fissshhy if you ask me.
