Gucci Return policy on sale stuff?

I was just at the store and was told that sale items bought at the store are final sale and not returnable. What if they are purchased online? does anyone know?? and if purchased online can it be returned to the store?

Really? I just bought a bag at Gucci on 5th ave 30 minutes ago..My receipt does not say FINAL SALE.

Yes, sale items from store are final sale. Online, you have 15 days to return.

We just missed eachother..I was there during lunch..my friend bought a bag. I specifcally asked the SA and she said final sale..no returns.

I purchased items from the last online sale in June & was able to return them to the regular Gucci store(not ones in department stores or outlets). I looked on the website & it says you have 15 days to return it from the delivery date. (30 days for full priced items)

Sale items bought online are supposed to be returned by mail, but I think you can return it in store if you find a nice SA
