Gucci Return

Have any of you had an experience with returning something to Gucci after the 10 days? I bought a wristlet and I would like to return it, but it has been over 10 days. Am I SOL or can I at least receive a store credit?

I have no experience with this but maybe you can give the store a call and ask for the handbag manager and see what he/she says. Most stores try to please their customers. Good luck!

It would help if you go back to the same SA who sold you. I exchanged something after 1 month of use but again I know my SA very well for years. Thats the downside to buying from boutiques. Give them a call and see , you never know. Good Luck !
