Hi there, I was wondering if anybody knew of a phone number or e-mail address to use in the Uk for getting a repair done to a gucci bag as it's difficult for me to get to the store itself.
Have attached the pic's of my poor bag, has anybody else had this problem with this style of bag, you can see that part of the hardware that hold the lock on has come off and I lost it, so now I can't close the bag or use it
Any help would be much appreciated.

They have an after care dept next to their Bond St store, call bond st ask for Monica and she will sort you out
