Hello! I'm new...
My first post is regarding repairing my monogram canvas horsebit hobo. The fabric is fraying in certain places after a few years of some use (I don't use it that often and I take good care of it, but it's still managed to fray) and some corners and such don't look as new. I know I could bring it in to the gucci boutique, but considering I don't have a 'reputation' built up there the SAs probably won't treat me very nicely. I have a reputation at the Neimans near me so they'd be more accomodating but I've never had to send in a bag for repairs there. Should I go with Neimans or the gucci boutique? |

If they are an authorized dealer of Gucci, Neimans would be fine to take your bag to. The repairs are done at the same place so whatever you are more comfortable with. I had a Marc Jacobs ZC and had it repaired through Corsa Collections at Caesar's Palace (an authorized dealer) and it came back good as new!! Good luck!
