gucci or lv? help!

in 2 weeks, it will be my bf (of 3 years!) birthday, and i am planning to get him a belt. he's turning 22, and he's graduated from college with a bachelor's degree just this june. i *think* a belt might be suitable... since he's on the road of launching a career and such :) anyway, he currently owns a black leather one from levi's.

so a little history: on his first birthday, i got him a guccissima wallet, on his second birthday, i got him a gucci belt bag, since he kinda travels a bit. finally, on christmas, i got him a over the shoulder gucci bag at the presale... should i keep up the gucci trend?

he's been saying he likes LV now... not sure.

so i put the pictures up already...

ahh.. or no belt?

Since he's expressed interest in LV, i would say get the LV belt.

Of the two belts, I like the buckle on the Gucci belt and the black adds a touch of class - but if he likes LV, then why not go for that one especially since he'll love it, hope that helps, good luck!

yes give us an update.... If he likes the LV then maybe you should give him the LV belt....both belts are cool IMO!!

BUT when you give a gift (IMO) it should be about you as well. giving something you absolutely adore should be part of the giving --- it is more personal, intimate and meaningful I think.
Sooo really you should go with your preferred belt rather than the one he wants... because if you choose the gucci he'll just love it because it's 'you' and has the history with it - that's important.
i think you are really sweet btw :)
